This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between [Company Name] (“Provider / Karekod.online”) and the individual or legal entity creating an account on Karekod.online (“User”).

This Agreement governs the use of Karekod.online services including digital menu creation and management, menu access via QR code, optional NFC tap-to-open access, design/template tools, analytics/reporting, and related panel features.
The User confirms the account information is accurate and that they are authorized to act on behalf of the business. The User is responsible for password security and actions taken under the account. In case of suspicious access, the User must notify [Email] immediately.
The User can create and publish the menu via the panel; content/price/image updates reflect on the menu. The Provider may implement only the technical updates necessary for security, performance, and legal compliance. The subdomain (URL) structure assigned to the User cannot be changed, and changes that disrupt menu access will not be made. Except in mandatory cases, the User will be informed within a reasonable time before changes that may affect access. Features announced as “coming soon” may change in scope/timing due to operational or technical reasons.
The User is responsible for the accuracy, currency, and legality of the menu content. The User must not upload content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights; required permissions/licences are the User’s responsibility. The User is responsible for presenting price/product/allergen/nutrition information in compliance with applicable laws.

Free months cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied to other services. No refunds. To stop renewal/cancel, the User can end the service by not making the next period payment. If payment is not made, the Provider may suspend/terminate the service; no compensation or extension is provided for suspended periods. VAT and other tax inclusion ([included/excluded]) is shown on the checkout screen.
The User may not engage in unlawful content, misleading statements, fake business/identity use, malware, exploitation of vulnerabilities, unauthorized access attempts, scraping, reverse engineering, or actions that disrupt the infrastructure. In case of breach, the Provider may suspend or terminate the account.
Rights to Karekod.online software, interface, design, and templates belong to the Provider. Rights to menu content uploaded by the User remain with the User; the Provider may host/process/transmit such content to the extent necessary to provide the service.
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and relevant notices. The Provider may collect required technical logs/device/visit data and generate anonymous statistical reports to operate the service.
Downtime may occur due to ISPs, third-party services, force majeure, or technical failures. The Provider will use reasonable efforts to restore the service.
This Agreement remains effective while the User uses the service. In case of misuse or breach, the Provider may suspend access or terminate the account.
The User is responsible for the accuracy and compliance of menu content, prices, and product details. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, reputational harm, etc.).
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and Enforcement Offices of [City/District] shall have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain applicable where relevant.
By registering / creating an account / accepting the terms, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full.
